5-Minute-Meditation: Ponder

By Jeremy Jordan Schick

A thought to ponder: “If I couldn’t use words to speak, what would my life be saying?”

(Evinda Lepins)

I am aware of the snow as it slowly starts

melting as Spring brightens our days.

I am aware of all the love and

care that is in this air.

I am aware that people in this world

might not be as they seem.

I am aware that life has its ups and downs but

it is nothing we can’t get through together.

I am aware of all the beautiful, vibrant things

life has to offer as we grow old.

I am aware of the brothers and sisters

that help us along the way.

I am aware of the puddles we walk through

to get where we are today.

Today I walk with wonder and awareness,

every step of my way.
