What You’ve Been Waiting For

My friend Lorien wrote this today. I was energized by her thoughts. I hope you will be too.

Yoga Mom

Always learning,
and what a privilege.
Teachers everywhere,
never in short supply.
Just look around you;
open your eyes.
Listen, feel,
taste all these gifts,
constant miracles.
Inhale the scent of possibility,
throw your arms open wide
and dance on the edge
of your own becoming.
Look over the edge
into the great abyss of the unknowable;
DIVE IN.
There is nothing to fear!
When you take the big leap
you will fly
or you will land in the arms
of the loving divine.
Either way,
it’s beautiful, it’s perfect,
and it’s what you’ve been waiting for
your whole life.
